Application Scenario:
Automatic and quantitative packaging of products in different forms such as powder, granules, and liquids can be carried out, with the most commonly used being powder and granular products. Quantitative packaging scales are used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, grain, feed, and fertilizers.
The most common packaging method is bag packaging, but there are also other packaging methods.
Features and advantages:
1. Fast weighing speed, saving production time
|
2. Imported weighing sensor with high accuracy |
3. Wide range of applications, suitable for various industries |
4. Various types and models, and various packaging methods |
Working principle:
When the entire system is operating normally, the gate is opened and the material is released from the storage bin. The material cutting device controls the feeding process. During the feeding process, the feeding speed is divided into fast and slow speeds. At the beginning, the feeding speed is fast. When the weight of the material approaches the specified value, the feeding speed slows down and slow feeding begins. When the weight reaches the specified value, the feeding stops and the weighing process is completed. At this time, the entrainment and packaging units are ready. The weighed material enters the packaging bag and is then packaged.
Structural composition:
The quantitative packaging scale consists of a weighing unit, a feeding unit, an entrainment unit, a conveying unit, and a display control unit. The weighing unit includes a scale body, a bracket, a storage bin, a gate, a material cutting device, etc.
