1. Overview  

The indicator diagram measurement is the core content of production data collection of oil well.  Since the indicator diagram sensor works under the load of pumping unit for a long time and the working conditions are poor, in order to guarantee long-term stability and accuracy of testing equipment, it is necessary to periodically calibrate the indicator diagram sensor.  The traditional mode in which the sensor is calibrated at the metering and testing station after discharged cannot satisfy the current development requirement of digital oilfield.
SM40YBC type indicator developed by this company actualizes online system comparison and calibration of indicator diagram measuring function according to the principle of standard force transmission, and integrates periodic calibration works into the daily single well routing inspection of the low pressure testing service team for each oilfield, periodically calibrating the indicator diagram testing equipment and significantly reducing the calibration and maintenance costs of the indicator diagram measuring equipment at the well site under the condition where the workload is not increased.

3. Explanation of online calibration test principle

SM40YBC type indicator diagram tester combined with matching SMD33WX hydraulic indicator diagram collector acts as the portable standard indicator diagram measuring apparatus, actualizing real-time measurement of indicator diagram. SM40YBC communicates with SMD33WX and SM40P-5000KB wellhead RTU through SMSF (or ZIGBEE) local wireless data communication network. SM40YBC synchronously triggers SM40P-5000KB to collect the indicator diagrams while collecting the indicator diagrams; after completing the indicator diagram collection, SM40YBC automatically reads the indicator diagrams synchronously collected currently in SM40P-5000KB and conducts the curve fitting, comparison and precision calculation within the range of full measurement together with the indicator diagrams collected by the Local Machine, and these information can be read on SM40YBC liquid crystal graphic display; users can quantitatively judge current accuracy of the indicator diagram test equipment for single well based on comparison of accuracy error, and in case of large deviation, the calibration is realized through "one-key".  The calibrated system can trigger the above-mentioned process again in order for calibration result verification; the calibrated test results can be stored in SM40YBC instrument and can be put back in PC, as shown in the figure below, further generating the verification report and being convenient for oil well indicator diagram measuring control.
    SMD33WX hydraulic indicator diagram collector is internally installed with wireless MCU unit, double column type load sensor and thread pulling type displacement sensor. The accuracy of load sensor surpasses 0.5%; the thread pulling displacement adopts the principle of directly measuring the stroke; these provide the hardware foundation for this indicator diagram collector to become standard equipment.  SMD33WX acting as standard equipment is required to be periodically calibrated at the metering and testing station. SMD33WX is provided with hydraulic mechanism, the beam hanger "H-shaped Frame" is preinstalled for each oil well, and the load sensor is loaded to the stress system of the beam hanger of oil well through simple operation like pressuring the lifting jack.
