Product Introduction

1.1 overview
RTU is the core unit of SCADA system for measuring and controlling oil Wells, water source Wells and booster pump stations. It is an intelligent remote terminal to realize real-time collection, storage, alarm and control of production process data of the above three measurement and control objects, and meet the application requirements of oil Wells, water source Wells and booster pump stations and other production sites. The design of standardized RTU of digital oil field is designed according to the application of field environment and complex electrical environment, which can meet various demands of oil field and harsh natural environment and electrical environment. At the same time, the design of RTU can meet the realization requirements of intelligent function of digital oil field. Based on a standardized, template-based design concept, standardized RTU can meet the field requirements of oil Wells, water Wells, and booster pump stations through simple parameter configuration.

1.2. Product features
Sm40p-5800rtu currently works in oil well mode by default. The schematic diagram of oil well application is shown in Figure 1 below

The basic functions are described as follows. Here is the device to collect analog quantity. Multi-channel analog quantity can be collected through cascade of 816AI expansion module.
 1 DATA collection mode of RTU: three modes of wireless ZigBee network RS485 wired fieldbus network through the RTU extension interface (default mode);
  1. RTU oil well start and stop control mode: Control oil well start and stop through RTU DO interface;
  2. RTU adjusting inverter parameters: This function is implemented over RTU RS485 port (Modbus RTU).
  3. frequency modulation of frequency converter (oil well regulation) by RTU: it can be realized by RTU DO interface or RTU RS485 interface (Modbus RTU protocol);
  4. RTU reads electrical/energy data: Reads oil well electrical/energy data from the multifunctional meter through RTU RS485 interface (Modbus RTU protocol);
  5. Reading indicator diagram data: The RTU supports the following indicator diagram collection modes (other modes can be customized). Wireless load displacement integrated sensor mode; Wireless load sensor + wireless angular displacement sensor mode; Wireless load sensor + wireless dead point switch + wireless cable displacement mode;
  6. RTU data sampling mode: The sampling period of indicator diagram data is configurable.
  7. The default communication mode between THE RTU and the monitoring center is to use the Ethernet interface of the RTU to communicate with the monitoring center through the optical fiber/wireless bridge computer network (others can be customized).
