    DCS-30 Vehicle Dynamic Weighing Automatic Scale is an automated weighing equipment for vehicles on the move.
    It is an automated weighing equipment for vehicles on the move and is particularly suitable for the current high-speed weighing and charging systems. The whole system consists of a mechanical weighing platform, a load cell system, an axle recogniser, an infrared vehicle separator, a weight indicator, etc., with supporting facilities such as a scale foundation and a control room. The mechanical weighing platform is installed on top of the foundation, the weight is placed on the platform or passes through the platform at a certain speed, the weighing platform transfers the gravity to the load cell, the load cell completes the force/electricity conversion and outputs the electric signal, which is processed by the weighing instrument to complete the analogue/digital conversion, data acquisition, processing, display and printing and tabulation.

Product workflow:

 

1, in the need to detect the road (or entrance) to install a fixed dynamic electronic axle weighing scale.

2,When the vehicle passes through, the tyre identifier will automatically identify the vehicle type, and the vehicle closing identifier will automatically identify whether the vehicle passes through as a whole or not, and the two signals and the weighing signal of the scale will be transmitted to the weight indicator together.

3,The indicator processes the collected signals dynamically, displays the weight of the whole vehicle and determines whether it is overloaded or not. The data is simultaneously displayed on a large screen for easy viewing by the driver. It can also upload the inspection data to the computer.

4,The weight indicator of overload detection/highway weighing and charging adopts the instrument containing reversing system.

5,Weighing management software developed by our factory can be used for better data management.
