  ZDG-4O-DZ high speed integrated dynamic axle weighing scale is a dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing scale with the strain girder of the scale and the loader ((scale body) installed in an integrated way, without moving parts and limiting mechanism, with the surface of the loader in the same plane as the road surface, adapted to the high speed passage of the vehicle and to obtain the total mass of the vehicle, the axle load, and axle group load (if applicable).
  The equipment is customised according to the lane width, with full coverage of the entire driving section, seamless connection between weighing platforms, eliminating the weighing influence of horizontal impact on the weighing platforms in the installation design, improving the weighing accuracy, and effectively solving abnormal driving behaviours such as driving at breakneck speeds, driving under pressure, driving across the lanes, walking in the S-shape, double-vehicle parallelism, driving in the opposite direction, and repeatedly entering and exiting the vehicle.
  The weighing controller is the central processor of the front-end equipment of the road control electronic detection system. In addition to processing the weighing data collected by the axle-type weighing platform, the vehicle type information data, and the vehicle travelling speed, it is also responsible for processing the separation data of the front and rear vehicles as well as the system's working status and the system's fault information data collected by the vehicle detector and uploading the data.

Product system components :
 

1. Integrated axle weighing platform	2 pieces per lane.
2. Load cells	Each weighing platform has 4 built-in resistance-strain load cells or 2 sets of conjoined load cells.
3. Data Acquisition Controller	Receive the weighing signals from the platform and analyse the data after high-speed sampling to form the weighing information such as wheel weight and send it to the computer for processing. LCD touch screen display, easy to operate, real-time display of the sensor operating status.
4. Main control computer	Receive data from the data acquisition controller, comprehensively analyse and form multi-lane vehicle weight, licence plate, speed and other information, combined with law enforcement software to form a complete system. The company provides users with dynamic link library (.dll) form. Each .dll file corresponds to one controller.
