    Axle group weighing is in between vehicle and axle weighing, it is essentially a shorter platform version of the vehicle type, therefore our vehicle type controllers are identical to the axle group controllers, and the platform structure is the same except for the number of platforms. Compared to axle weighing, the axle group version greatly extends the data collection time when measuring a single axle, and when measuring an axle group it is possible to weigh the group as a whole, so that reasonably designed axle weighing scales can realise a significantly higher accuracy than axle weighing scales (including multi-table axle weighing scales). Compared to the whole vehicle type, although the accuracy is reduced, it greatly reduces the cost of equipment and foundation construction, and is an excellent choice for curved and obviously inclined road surfaces.

Product system components :

 

 

1. Mechanical weighing platform	Mechanical weighing platform as a support and force transmitting mechanism, consisting of weighing platform, axle counting device, load cell indenter, longitudinal limit, transverse limit, base and foundation. It consists of platform, axial device, sensor head, longitudinal limit, transverse limit, base and foundation embedded plate, etc. It completes the guiding, supporting and force transmitting work of the weighing process. The platform is the main part of the scale, welded from steel and steel plate, with sufficient strength, rigidity and good stability. It has sufficient strength, rigidity and good stability. The platform is mounted on top of the foundation embedded parts by means of a load cell. The load cell indenter is the connection between the load cell and the platform, its function is to ensure that the load cell is in a good state of stress. The base, which supports the load cell and the limit system, is welded to the foundation plate. The pre-embedded plate is embedded in the reinforced concrete foundation and serves as a support for the base.
2. Load cell system	The load cell system consists of a set of load cells and a junction box, and the load cells are connected in parallel. The axle group dynamic scale uses 4 load cells, which are connected to the weight indicator through the junction box and adjust the balance of the scale at the corners.
3. Axle recogniser	Patented and designed by our company, it can automatically identify the axle type and wheels of the vehicle.
4.Infrared Vehicle Separator	It is the core component of vehicle dynamic weighing, which is a special instrument developed by our company for displaying and printing the weighing results, and has very complete printing and statistical functions in Chinese characters.
