DFIW is a digital dynamometer with internal batteries and 0.50% accuracy realised to control and test hydraulic electrodes welders,
pneumatic presses, test benches, torquing vices etc…..
Digital indicator consists of a new generation microprocessor, of a long-term particularly stable analogue section and of a 16 bits A/D
converter which guarantees 65.000 internal divisions. Besides displaying the measurements, other programmable functions are available, as digital filter, zero, peak, change of programmable engineering measurement units (kg, t, N, daN, kN) which enable the operator to suit the dynamometer at best to different applications.
The display also shows an analogue indication bar for pressure, that is still on even in programming menu. Internal batteries that guarantee 1 year autonomy, are assisted by AUTO POWER OFF function that activates whenever no changes in measurements are detected in a programmable time interval from 1 to 30 minutes. Low-profile strain gauge sensor (18mm) entirely executed in stainless steel, is suitable for high-precision measurements in compression and guarantees a long-term stability even when dynamic applications are involved. In the sensor supporting surface an insulating area has been introduced in order to make hydraulic welders easier to be checked.
