• Since 1988, it has provided the indicator diagram load sensor, drilling-log special sensor, salvage panel meter and drawwork sendor for oilfields;

1. System composition

   The multi-parameter test diagnostic apparatus for SM40YBC-09 mechanical extraction system efficiency takes high-performance embedded industrial computer as the host computer and utilizes our patented wireless test scheme (patent number: ZL 97 2 36620.2) to accurately test the operating power, power factor, three-phase current, two-phase voltage, load, displacement, liquid level, oil pressure and casing pressure, etc.; meanwhile, it can draw the current diagram, power diagram, power factor diagram, liquid level diagram, indicator diagram and other curve diagram according to the test results, actualize all-round test of the mechanical extraction system and comprehensively and accurately analyze the efficiencies of all subsystems of the mechanical extraction system and the efficiency of the overall system, and the solution channel is found out for improving the mechanical extraction system efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption.
