 AD-S600D/601D-C weighing control module (also known as digital weight transmitter) is a weighing AD module with switching control and digital display. Its basic function is to turn the analog signal from the load cell into a digital weight signal; then after dynamic digital filtering and static digital filtering to make the digital weight signal respond faster and more accurately, the digital weight signal can be sent out through the serial port; at the same time, through the D/A converter, the digital weight signal will be turned into an analog 4-20mA current signal or a 0-5(10)V voltage signal (only for AD-S600D-C). S600D-C).
The module has RS485 and RS232 dual communication interfaces, supports the standard MODBUS RTU communication protocol and continuous output mode, and is capable of communicating with computers, PLCs and other upper level machines, as well as connecting to large screens. The module can realize both high precision weighing under static condition and high speed accurate dynamic weighing under shock and vibration condition. The module adds switching inputs and outputs to the hardware, so external switching signals can be used to realize operations such as clearing, tare, start and stop (three kinds of operations can be realized at the same time), and constant value control, upper and lower limit control, quantitative control, reduction control and sorting control of weight signals can be accomplished. It can be widely used in quantitative weighing packaging machine, batching weighing packaging machine, liquid filling weighing machine, weight sorting machine, tensile testing machine, load tester and other devices.
